It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

Extended Service WARRANTIES are available on most vehicles for additional cost. Coverage availability extends from 3 months/3,000 miles to 60 months/100,000 miles. Ask about pricing on the coverage plan that suits your individual needs.

• BUYER PAYS ALL SHIPPING COSTS.

Appropriate feedback will be left at the end of all transactions! If buyer or buyer's representative picks up the vehicle, feedback should be left at time of pick up. If vehicles are shipped, feedback should be left at the time of delivery. It is the buyer’s reasonability to inspect all vehicles to buyer’s satisfaction before or after the end of transaction, and in doing so should be able to leave feedback at the appropriate times stated above.

All vehicles are SOLD AS-IS, with no warranty, expressed or implied, from the seller; however, there may be manufacturer's factory warranty remaining. Please have all inspections done prior to bidding. Pre-sale inspections are not only welcome, but are recommended, and are available.

Please note that all cars are subject to a $259.00 dealer transaction fee. This fee helps to defray the cost of processing, mailing, cleaning and other expenses that we incur during the close of the sale. By law, we must charge every customer in an equal manner; no one will be exempt from this policy.

All buyers are required to register the vehicle in their home state at their own cost, including registration fees and inspection fees. Residents of Florida must include 6% sales tax plus discretionary sales surtax where applicable to all purchases.

All vehicles not picked up after 14 days from the close of the auction will be subjected to a $20 a day storage fee, unless other arrangements are made before hand.

Please keep in mind that we are a dealer and due to bank payoffs and processing some titles will take time to be processed and sent to buyer . We are very fast about it and Fed Ex them ASAP to you at no charge. This is with any dealer you buy from. Temporary Tags are available for you to drive home on.

All vehicles are USED vehicles and are not new. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as it is standard on ANY used car. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously, a car that is 10 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is 2 years old. Since vehicles are used, books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc., do not necessarily come with all vehicles. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Okaloosa County. In addition, all non paying bidders will be held liable for a $500 re-listing fee, and if not paid, this information will be filed with all 3 major credit bureaus.
